The purpose of the Forest Heights Blueberry Festival is to build community connections and culture, while also raising funds for the Community Blueberry Project.

9:30 a.m. – BikeAthens Blueberry Rally for Kids
9:30 a.m. – Big Berry 5k and Fun Run/Walk
11 a.m. – Blueberry Cook-off Competition
1 - 4 p.m. – Homesteading Demonstrations
5:30 p.m. – Blueberry Jam concert

About this Year’s Merchandise
This year’s festival design was created by Jay Domingo, who teaches graphic design at Clarke Central High School. Shirts and other merchandise is available by pre-order until May 19! Proceeds will be used to pay for the costs of the Festival and the Community Blueberry Project.

Festival Location
The main site of the festival is Holly Court, a small looped street towards the back of the Forest Heights neighborhood in Athens, GA. Three events take place there: The BikeAthens Blueberry Rally, The Blueberry Cook-off Competition, and The Blueberry Jam concert.
From Forest Heights Drive, turn onto Pine Forest Dr., then take the first right onto Ferncliff, followed by the first left onto Rivermont. The next right is Holly Lane and Holly Court is in the middle of Holly Lane and can’t be missed. Holly Lane will be blocked to cars during the festival. Attendees are encourage to walk or bike to the event if possible, or park on Rivermont.
Home Services Vendors
We’ve developed a list of recommended home service providers for the neighborhood. The providers paid a small sponsor fee to help cover the cost of a professional sound crew and real stage for the 2025 Blueberry Jam. However, we only invited providers to participate, if we knew of at least one Forest Heights resident who gave a favorable review. Thanks to the following sponsors!
